Limbo Circle

The first circle of Hell. The humans here are not much so slaves, not having committed true sins other than not attaching themselves directly to the heavens. They are left alone and have been for centuries after centuries. Such solitude and lack of attachment to anyone or anything they have all taken on the feeling of hopelessness, no longer able to look forward to something greater even if they can form some connection with each other. The land is a lush green and in the center sits a white castle, unlike how any part of Hell would be imagined. Around Limbo is a fence with seven glistening gates of gold. Along the outskirts of this circle are those humans who have committed true sins. Even to this day they wait there to be sentenced to one of the other circles of Hell depending upon the sin they willingly committed.
